Home Stager on the Costa Brava

I’m Pilar Polo, a home stager and interior photographer with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. I hold the EIHS certification, which recognises me as a qualified professional in this discipline.

My career began in the real estate world, where I discovered how important first impressions are when selling a property. I attended a course on real estate marketing techniques and discovered Home Staging—a way to transform spaces and emotions. I became so passionate about it that I decided to train professionally and create my own company: Costa Brava Home Staging.

Today, I help individuals, estate agents, and developers improve the presentation of their properties, highlighting their value and speeding up sales. I combine home staging techniques with professional photography because I believe that images are the best introduction to any home.

Every project is unique, and my goal is for the buyer to feel, the moment they walk in, that they have already found their home.

I mainly work in the Costa Brava area, in the province of Girona, although I collaborate on projects throughout Catalonia.
