I present you one of my latest projects! In this case it is a house located in Empuriabrava, which had received visits but they hadn't made any proposal to purchase it because it was empty and customers couldn't picture the space full.

This time we made a HomeStaging using cardboard furniture because the client didn't want to spend so much money to furnish the house with some real furniture; it's a very new but a successful technique. We also prepared a Professional Photography session around the residential block and the result was that after a month the purchase-sale was closed!
